Got it at a great price. The product looked like new and came with preloaded windows.
It loads fast with occasional fan noise. Works well under moderate load. Been using for travel and using for secondary music production. Battery life is not that good.

We, my wife and I, have bought 4 Dell Latitude's refurbished (Best Buy) in the last 3 years (2 I-5's & 2 I-7's). Our grandson & grand daughter use the I-5's and we have the I-7's. All the computers look and run as if brand news! I've given up on Desktop's (after several failures over years) - and use the Dell Latitude E7250 as a desktop with a HDMI connection to 23" Lenovo. Love your service and products!

Buyer Beware - Refurbished Computers from Best Buy

When looking at new computers, was told by the sales person that "refurbished" computers were just ones returned by the customer and "refurbished" by the manufacturer and then resold with a full warranty. Ordered the Dell Latitude 7250 for $339.99 because it was the size we wanted.
The computer seemed to work fine, but we had some issues with Microsoft account. Could not get a real person at Microsoft so tried to call Dell for technical support. Dell informed us using the service tag that the "DELL warranty" was no longer valid since the computer serial number showed the computer was over 7 years old.
We then noticed from the documentation that came with the computer that it was not refurbished by Dell but some 3rd party company who refurbishes computers and sells them thru Best Buy. It had a 1 year warranty thru that company but was still a 7+ year old computer for $339.99.
Would never pay that much money for a computer that was over 7 years old. Feel this is deceptive of Best Buy to not disclose the age of the "refurbished" products.
