Got this for my son for college work. It is fast enough to keep up with what he needs and has plenty of storage. Got it as a refurbished, but it looks and functions like brand-new.

I picked this up so my kids could play Minecraft together. I came nicely packaged and in good condition. It mostly gets the job done, but we spend a lot of time waiting for it to boot up, log on, and launch programs. It is just... sluggish. I realize it is a refurb, and not the latest greatest. but given that it is a Core i5 and 8GB RAM, I would expect a little more pep.

Inexpensive laptop with lots of memory. Small footprint and capable of performing all the computer tasks I will require of it.

please stay away from this computer. it crash and i could not get it to work. the battery was half dead. I returned the following day. I could not believe how Best Buy sells computers in this poor condition. I wasted my time with this one. Very disappointing.

Was the best refurbished item every received. No visible scratches or dings in plastics or metal areas of the case. Has performed well and processor speed is relatively speedy.

Decent product. Not exactly the same as picture advertised.

For the price this was a great value, it is a few years old so I find it a little slow but works for what I need it for.

Called repair center spoke to Andrea Verderossa on 3/7/2016 only thru e mail she would not call me back after several tries. In e Mail said she would send new battery. Call again then e mailed as on 4/01/2016 still no battery or e mail

I bought this computer for my 10 year old son for his birthday and now it is going back! Right out of the package I noticed that the case was excessively scuffed. when flipped over it was missing screws and the rubber feet. There is a poorly applied silver sticker on the top to cover the wear. On the first boot I see a message regarding the battery being at the end of its life and sure enough the computer will only run for about 10 minutes without the charger after being plugged in for 24 hrs. Once I got it booted I noticed that tne processor seemed to be working hard. Task manager showed 50% of system resources dedicated to multiple processes from a previous user. These are not truly refurbished. I suspect someone ran system restore, slapped some ram into these things and threw a sticker over the top to hide just how hard it was used. And out the door they go. I will be returning this at the store and I hope they don't give me a hard time. My son is already bummed that his birthday present is a lemon. No more refurbished laptops for me

My son has been using this for playing games (Minecraft, GMOD and TF2, mostly), and he hasn't had a problem yet. He loves having his own computer, and I love that it was on sale.
