This was not a good experience. The provided adapter was under powered. The battery specs had also been erased. The computer was not able to connect to the internet through wifi, Ethernet did not work either. Once the battery lost the first charge the computer wouldn’t power on. Contacted customer service and not only was I treated poorly (yelled at); the issue was not resolved, I was denied access to a supervisor multiple times and they ultimately hung up on me without attending to my concerns. (Not cool Ricardo!) I returned the computer through mail. Currently waiting for a refund.

Laptop is fast and reliable, looks and runs like new. The only thing I found was that the build in wireless does not work on all places. It would work at work but at home. Easy fix put an external wireless connection and no more problem. Best deal to give as a gift to an relative.

I just have a problem with the cursor. After a while it stops moving and I have to wait a while or get a mouse to do my work.

I Bought this computer for my Grandson for school, He said it works GREAT!! Don't be afraid to buy REFURBISHED from Best Buy!!

A reliable laptop for a college student’s use with all the bells and whistles needed for the school activities.

I used to think Dell was good, but less than one month after I could return it for defects or issues the hard drive totally crashed. Note: this computer rarely gets used for anything, very little actual time used.

Great Laptop, moves very well. I bought it for my wife and my wife loves it.

One Year and is not working..very upset.. can believe this

This computer has been a big disappointment: (1) The battery never held a charge for more than an hour, and I had to replace it (2) The charger would intermittently stop charging from day one, and now it won’t charge at all (3) When I ran a system scan on the Dell website (2 months after I bought this computer) I was informed that I need a new hard drive (4) There is no warranty at all on this computer. I thought it had a one-year warranty when I bought it, but Best Buy denies it. My theory is that the “refurbishing” did not involve anything more than a cleaning. I strongly recommend against buying a refurbished computer from Best Buy.
