Bestbuy has great deals on refurbished items like this Dell laptop I purchased. I did have an issue with a nearly dead battery but Bestbuy sent out a replacement and I returned the first one to the store for credit.

The 128GB Solid State Drive really sealed the deal for this purchase. Nice laptop for a great price and a 12 month warranty.

I was looking for a cheap windows 10 laptop with a SSD, but was nervous about going with an older refurbished model, thinking that there might be significant damage as some other reviews indicated. I am happy to report that it was in excellent shape with only a few very faint signs of use (I had to look for them). The laptop functions completely as advertised. It is a bulky, older laptop, so don't expect a lite modern laptop, but if you need a basic/cheap full function laptop and want the fast response of the SSD, this is a great way to go.

I am very happy with this laptop. I think it is a great value - the price is right! I was nervous that it might be scratched or show it's age, but it was like new condition. And it is working great for accessing the web and emails. I would definitely buy refurbished again based on the is experience!

We bought this mainly to browse the internet and this laptop has more than met our expectations. It runs very well with Linux Mint and boot up is very snappy. Our family is very happy with this purchase.

This is a fantastic refurbished laptop for a great price. I love the solid state drive, it navigates fast. How wonderful to be able to buy a laptop with a SSD that's actually in my price range.
