I use these Lattitude's at work so I already know how reliable and durable they are. I was impressed at how good the condition was right out of the box. The startup screens are very user friendly and I was up and running in a short time. I set up the reccomended pin number for a total boot up time of 23 seconds. The Latitude E7470 is a snappy little unit. Only the trained eye can tell that it's refurbished. This one is for my son. Ordered a higher end refurbished unit for myself. But that's going to be another review.
