Battery life sucks

Doesn't hold charge

Owned for 2 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased this computer at the end of April and by the end of June the laptop was not holding a charge. It would shut off as soon as it was unplugged. It was also intermittently shutting down while plugged into the charge. I spoke to Best Buy customer service and they said I was outside of the return/exchange period. I was advised to contact Dell customer service for a manufacture warranty but they were unable to find the computer in their system!! I am out money and a computer.
