    I received this laptop in a sealed box, which implies that it came directly from the factory. When I opened the box, I immediately saw that the top ridge of the laptop wasn't assembled completely and I could see all the insides of the computer. Where is Dell's quality control? Best Buy allowed me to return the computer, no problem.
