Terrible item and service

Item was received and did not function. Most of the keys did not register when hit unless you used a ton of pressure. Also the charging cord died after 2 hours of use. I call their customer service and they said there was nothing they could do. I returned the item to Best Buy and would NOT order from Thai seller again.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend
