his computer is even smaller than I imagined. Boots up in 12 seconds. I added a portable DVD burner and it now does everything my old, slow overweight tower did except 100s of times faster. Love it.
I would recommend this to a friend

my sister and I always shop @ best buy geek squad very helpful but this time I purchased Dell tower 3 mos prior I turned it on said change pin/password, it would not let me, it froze. I tried everything, called Dell said this is 12 yrs gave them model #. I said no i purchased it new, I never buy refurbished, I will wait for Best Buy to help.
