A complete new computer with a faster processor, and more memory was not that much more than upgrading my old computer to W10. CD/DVD burner was a bonus. Fairly easy set up. Just follow the prompts. So far, works great. Great features for the price. I don't do gaming, so I don't know how it would handle that. But for basic computer needs, very fast. Does not come with a video monitor.

When you called "joy" the refurbisher, you just get a message that says "do to covid were to busy, please call back". Spent hours trying to get past the screen. Finally they sent me instructions via email to do a complete restore. Otherwise works fine thus far. It was not a clean refurbish and install.

Excellent value, refurbished very well
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've bought a number of these refurbished Optiplexes, never had a problem with any, and they come with Win 10 Pro, saving another $100 if you need Pro. Nice and clean inside. Really good value.

Thanks for your review. We'd recommend running the Windows Performance Troubleshooter to see if there are ways to speed up your computer:
1. Close all open windows.
2. Press the Windows logo key + X key on the keyboard.
3. Click Control Panel.
4. Click System and Security.
5. Under Security and Maintenance, select Troubleshoot common problems.
6. Under System and Security, click Run maintenance tasks.
7. Follow the on-screen instructions and prompts to complete the process.
8. Restart the PC.
