A happy accident

I order a desktop and received a micro. The configuration was identical. I decided to try it and I really liked it. It has an extremely small foot print and it handles two monitors very well. I would give it 5 stars but it's not what I ordered however I'm happier for that.

Then once it was set up it wanted to update and restart. The only way you could get back on was factory reset. Options were F1, 2 or 3. Only F1 worked. Also, it said it had no memory.

Defective

I purchased this for a family member who has very limited computer use. He was already without his means of communication for almost 2 weeks when this arrived. After 3 days of unsuccessfully connecting it to the internet, a trip to Geek Squad revealed that the problem was in the Bios where the wifi was switched off under previous ownership. So another $200 in, Best Buy will not stand behind any portion of it.
