Pretty good overall. Some quirks with lid alignment and the key pad gets stuck but can be released by pushing on the underside. Probably should’ve exchanged it but missed the window. It does run loud too. Performs perfectly though

I use this computer for a degree program. I installed statistical software and work with large-ish data sets and it still runs plenty fast. I like that its small and i can bring it around with me without feeling like i'm hauling a ton of bricks. My kids also play games on it - the whole family is enjoying this laptop.

I love this new laptop and it was so easy to get set up with Best Buy and transfer all of my data from my old laptop over. It has the functionality that I need. I was used to a 16" screen so the screen is smaller. And I absolutely love co-pilot--it has been such a great help. What a nice surprise to have this added functionality of co-pilot. It's been a go-to since I learned about it.

I traded in my MacBookAir for this device. After years of struggling with the Mac, I finally decided to go back to what I am more comfortable with. It's been a game changer for when I work from home as well as for my personal use. I love the touch screen and the underlit key pad. The flip screen is also cool, and i am looking forward to using it to watch movies on my next flight.

Performs as expected and I like the ability to turn it into a foldable tablet.

Besides the fingerprint sign-in not recognizing at many of the first attempts, this is a great laptop! The Copilot feature is really cool!

I didnt even realize this laptop had 16 cores. At least I think it said 8 but when using MCafee the processor was showing 16 cores. The battery life is long and the speed is fast, new to me because im always dealing with slow loading times and bad RAM

Internet connectivity is consistently bad. I've been kicked off wifi more times than I can count in multiple locations. I do like the touchscreen and the storage space. I took the jump from a 16" Apple Macbook Pro to this so I think a lot of the negative things I have to say about this laptop are a learning curve of learning a new system, and buying an overall cheaper laptop.

The build quality and processing speed of this product are impressive. However, I encountered a significant software issue within just 7 days of purchase - the operating system crashed unexpectedly, requiring me to recover the PC in safe mode. While the hardware is solid, the software stability is concerning.
