Very Pleased with the purchase and the quality of the Dell Laptop, great quality great speed.

This has been a great upgrade from my previous computer. I got it as an open box deal, and I've loved being able to plug everything into a dock and only have one cable plugged into the computer.

I really like the big screen but didn't realize when I ordered it that it included a touch screen. Sometimes it is useful, but sometimes it is a pain when you're just trying to wipe away debris. I really love that it has a lighted keyboard which is great for late nights on the sofa but what is not great is how hot it gets while it sits on your lap. It's not truly a laptop in that sense. I'm really disappointed as my husband can sit with his Apple for hours while I'm squirming around from heat and sweat on my legs. Can't understand why the heat can't go out the back and not the bottom. It especially gets hot on the left side for some reason. Otherwise, this has been a good investment, and I've had no issues. I really love how you can adjust the screen angle and it doesn't feel flimsy. I also love the satin steel color which is easier on the eyes than all black. The keys have a soft touch to them which is nice. I really love that there is a numeric pad on the side which is good when you are working with numbers. I still haven't gotten used to the power on button. It seems to take a long time after pressing it for the laptop to boot up and sometimes you end up pressing it more than once because you think the first time didn't take. I wish an immediate light would come on and stay on to let you know that the power is on, but the only clue is a quick flicker of the caps lock light going on and off. For the price these are minor inconveniences, and I couldn't find anything else in this price change that checked all the boxes so yes, I would buy this again ... unless something better came along.

The laptop runs smoothly and is lightweight. My only issue is that the power button didn't click correctly. It felt like something was stuck under it and wasn't letting you fully push it down, or letting it rebound back up correctly. So, I exchanged it.

This Dell Laptop is superb. It runs fast, intuitively, and walked me through the set up process with ease. It hold a charge for hours and the Camera feature runs great on Zoom and Google Meets. Best laptop I have owned in 10 years.

Nice and big screen, good weight, the 16 gigs of eam are great and the storage of 512gb m.2 pci 4.0 is even better, for me Dell is peace of mind

Typical Dell quality. Fast. Only wish is it has a charging port on each side.
