My experience with this machine was not good. Out of the box could not get through updating windows without the keyboard and mouse locking up. After some time on the phone with tech support where they asked to remove and reinstall the SSD. Dell decided that they should replace the SSD and the Motherboard (machine is 1 day out of box at this point). Parts are delayed so on Day 3 the technician shows up, replaces the SSD and Motherboard and tells me that he was having problems with the secondary video card so he deactivated it in the BIOS, Windows is still finishing the initial install when he leaves. Next day, same problems again, cant get through the normal windows updates, keyboard and mouse both non-responsive. Reboot, try again, after the 3rd of 4th time. Back in the Box back to best buy for a full refund. The clerk was not surprised by the problems that I had and the return process was great. If you have lots of time to waste figuring out problems, buy this machine. If you need something reliable out of the box, hard pass. Look at something else. I replaced it with a Lenovo Thinkstation P340 and so far that machine has been solid.

I purchased this computer because I wanted a modern, solid state computer with the ability to play cds/dvds. So far it has been really fast, and I am happy.
I would recommend this to a friend
