    Needed to replace one 6 years old. Shopped the internet and big box stores and found none to suite me. Been shopping Best Buy for some 15 years. Into store and in no time there was the computer I wanted, it had my name on it. Had newer programs and connections so while it was being shipped I went back to Best Buy to ask many, many questions. Every person I talked to took the time to explain to me how the new stuff works and what to do and not to do when it arrived. Need 2 CD drives and they fixed me up with the extra one. All were very professional and none got mad when I asked dumb questions. Would recommend Best Buy to anyone who needs a very good computer with the best people to teach you how to use. Next time I need a computer or TV Best Buy is my first choice and will save time
