Works like it should. Basic PC. Only works with Ethernet, basic graphics and CPU. Worth the price.

Was excited that it was a Dell computer. My previous computer was a Dell and it lasted 13 years so I was pretty comfortable with a refurbished Dell computer. Unfortunately, alt right hooked everything up and was getting accustomed to the nuances it turned itself off! I had to repeatedly push the on-off button before it would restart. Upon restarting it gave me a dialogue with said it needed to repair. It works fine for a day and the next day it turned itself off again with the same problem trying to restart it. Third day it turned itself off and would not come back on. Best Buy has an excellent return policy!!! I took it into my neighborhood store and without question they refunded all of my money. There was a label on the top of the computer with a phone number and a company other than Dell to call with problems. I got trapped in the telephone computer maze was told I was third in line and then rolled over to voicemail. Left messages on three different voicemails and never received a returned. I'm pretty confident that company was not with Dell Computers.

So far everything operates properly. Old Software run great. Only a small surprise with old 32 bit applications which now I might miss. Plenty of speed.

Purchased as replacement for relative. Only issue was broken CD drive on arrival. Due to Covid didn't risk returning.

The version of windows promised with this product has still not been provided. I spent at least 2 hours on the phone and 30 emails with your subcontractor joysystems and it still is not resolved. I will return the product and make sure everyone knows not to shop in your store

My current computer is slimline HP using W7,with a lot of pictures from 2002 to 2018. I wanted to upgrade to a smaller and faster processer. The Vendor Reviews were good and the price was right. The system arrived 2 days early with a small hole in the box. Unpacking, I noticed the mouse was broken. The computer was wrapped in "saran wrap" with the MS KEY and instructions on loading the W10 OS software. I plugged all cables and turned it on. W10 was already loaded. Soon I had a RED screen and instructions to "call 844 xxx xxxx. Do not turn off!". I turned it off. Reboot was normal. I tried the disk drive but it was broken. Enough! Put in box and returned to local BestBuy.

I purchased the refurbished Dell tower a few months back. I wanted to see how well it performs before writing a review. The speed is excellent. The computer quickly loads when I turn it on. It makes internet surfing as breeze and has not frozen or came across any problems with my tower. I have to say this tower was a wise purchase.
