Not all information and programs were transferred successfully. The unit has a small form factor but the DVD drive is a little on the frail side.

My brother is a computer programmer and found a few issues with this refurbished computer necessitating calls back and forth with Best Buy to try to resolve this problems. I think that he is waiting for something to be mailed to him which should solve all issues. Personally, I would have simply returned it and bought new but my brother seems to think that all will be well soon. I usually love Best Buy but this is really a disappointment to me.
