Good computer for daily tasks. Works perfect so far to surf the web, pay bills and for using Microsoft office.

My experience using this computer has been nothing short of great. I use it mostly for my DJing. It’s efficient and fast whenever I need to complete a task. It has lots of helpful tools to guide me to what I want/need to do. The only complaint I do have is the battery life seems to be pretty short. But it also could be because of the program I run on it constantly. Other than that, I’m very happy with my purchase of a refurbished computer! This one specifically.

The laptop arrived very quickly and in excellent condition. It came with Windows 11 Pro which loaded quickly. I wish the battery lasted longer but I am still pleased with my purchase. And I give very positive review of the vender.

Overall it was decent for the price. Its not particularly attractive but functional. Battery life leaves something to be desired. But Im not sorry I bought it.

I love everything about my laptop,but I was a little disappointed when I noticed it didn’t have a second numeric keyboard tab to my right.

The product was packaged very well. I received it as expected, without any dirts or scratch. It look like very new. I have been using the laptop for several days and it works very well. Highly recommended.

This is a like-new laptop of relative new Dell model with 11-gen Core i5, as a discount price. It has been excellent so far.

For me a Senior person I found it a bit difficult to set up. There were no instructions of any kind so u must reconsider who could be making the purchase. Not every body is computer savvy. Instructions would help.

Dell-Refurbished Exellent - Latitude 5420 Core i5 works good.

What an improvement over my last computer. The computer is much faster with less freezing.

It seems good so far. I havent use for too long yet.

Purchased open box , so went into it knowing possibility of issue. In past been lucky but this time , I got a lemon, glitchy , poor battery life and seems to have sticky pad button , so returning to find better option.

Very satisfied with my purchase. Took some time working through the driver updates, but it all worked out. At first it was struggling to apply the most recent Windows update. But it got done yesterday and everything is working smoothly!

Just needed a place for email when other computer is in use. Nice economy unit.
