Owch! First, this Dell Latitude 7420 laptop won't detect external monitor & give show all display options! So, I talked to Windows Help & they said do a reset, because the Win11 in this refurbished Dell must be bad. BUT it will not allow me to download it WITHOUT a disc copy lol. So I can't reset to get my account data out! What a headache! So I have to return it, BUT my DATA is still on it?? Hmmm... I don't recommend this seller, their windows installs are horrible & strange!
