So, I was excited to get text updates that my newer system was coming. Waiting at home for UPS when I heard a thump outside, seeing the driver walking down the drive. To my suprise, the package was in terrible condition - crushed on one side. Very upset, I thought let's look in side before getting upset. I set up the desktop, turned it on "Failure- No drive recognized please run Setup" - WHAT? SO, I power on three (3) more times. Now I am not the kind of person who makes phone calls to get help. And I purchased in advance more memory cards to install. So, I open up the unit to verify that a hard drive is installed; yep it's in there. The harness was not secured, fixed that and GUESS WHAT I OBSERVED - DUST everywhere. The unit was not totally refurbished properly. Cleaned up the unit and its working just the way it should. Worth the purchase but not the hassle.

Very affordable, seems to work well. Makes louder than expected noises when turned on, so I usually turn it off after I've used it for an hour or two. Never leave it on overnight. Trying to preserve what seems will be a shorter life than an imac!

Computer came on time as promised, However it is supposed to come with windows. It did. however windows was not activated. Activation requires me to take it to best buy and get it fixed (thank goodness for the 1 yr waranty I purchased!!). If i had wanted to schlep a computer around I would have purchased it in the store instead of online so it would be delivered.

The first computer they sent me stopped working after less than 2 days. So far the replacement is still working after a few weeks.

An okay computer for browsing the web or playing simple games, but can't do very complex things as it doesn't have a graphics card or a large RAM.

Great value. Decent upgrade from what we had. Nothing amazing, but good value.

bought a refurbished dell. price was very good for this dell. I am happy with it and am pleased on how up to date the software is. when it comes to electronics I have always gone to best buy and they never let me down. the prices and quality of products are very great.

Received device promptly, appeared dusty and used but wasn’t too concerned. Plugged in and setup and it performed well the first day. Came in the next day to computer randomly powering on and off by itself. Unable to get it working, and had to return it.

Delivery was sooner than expected, great. Plugged everything in and fired it up, worked great. But it is running Windows 10. Why did they have to go and CHANGE everything?

Purchased this refurbished OptiPlex at a great deal. With a few extra bucks purchased some additional ram and this thing runs top notch.

I bought this for my daughter to use for online school. When it arrived in May I turned it on, validated the Windows and spent a half hour or so setting it up for school work, then repackaged it and set it aside. I took it out today it wouldn't turn on. I checked all the plugs and connections and it turned on for maybe 15 minutes then shut off again on its own and now it won't turn on at all. Even if we had used it constantly, never turning it off, it should not have died in less than 4 months.

The product is working fine for now in regards to speed.

piece of crap! the video card died just days after the 1 year Best Buy warranty expired. was misled that the Dell warranty lasted 18mos. But that was from INITIAL purchase. This refurbished crap was a waste of money

NICE MACHINE.. I HAVE HAD IT FOR ALMOST OVER A YEAR NOW AND NO PROBLEMS. I WILL RECOMEND

I have tried video editing onbhere and it works very well. Great product no complaints.

CDROM didn’t work , cost to much for the computer. Now I buy my computers fromEbay.

Included, CPU, mouse, keyboard and power cord. Worked just fine no problems.

Bench testing 4th of these units bought for my mother. First 2 units worked fine out of the box but til I got them set up at her house, they got glitchy and pixelated. Third unit acted up out of the box. Not a set up/connection problem. Between my full schedule and her being an Intermittent, low urgency user, set up has been slow, so the initial return period expired before I even got the first one set up at her house. BB wouldn't refund. Worst Buy provides NO support. No assistance from manager. Will not shop Worst Buy again. Spent Way more in time and effort than she saved buying refurb. DONT BUY THIS.
