Machine came with a bad windows product key so I can’t activate and customer service is non responsive.
Hard drive makes a lot of weird clunking sounds. Just spend your money on something else.

I have had this item for a couple months now, The machine works fine, although, if I turn it completely off, it take numerous presses of the power button to turn back on, so I normally put it in sleep mode. What really turns me off about this is that, this machine is supposed to come with Windows 10, and it does have it, but there is no activation key and i perpetually have the screenburn-in to "Activate Windows". I have gone through every trouble shooting issue to try to fix this, but it says i have to spend another $200 to Microsoft for the new key. I have to give this a poor rating because of this fact alone and i am very disappointed in Dell and Best Buy for their inability to check the quality of the refurbished products prior to selling them.

Computer is is good shape and clean, pretty loud sometimes but not terrible. Decent computer, quick and easy for most daily tasks and fluent enough, although no wifi adapter installed, no hdmi, but other then that I will update a better review once windows activation key is fixed.

This PC works great for me. I don't do much gaming or streaming so it's all I need. Plenty of storage and certainly gas enough for all of my computing needs. Also a great small size makes it ideal for a home office.

Basically plugged it in and started using it. Took a while to load all the MS updates and launch Windows 10 but it went very smoothly. And I'm no techie.

Do not buy if you need it to last. Bought one in May and it lasted until August before it wouldn’t power on. Took it to Geek Squad and said it would be over $100-150 for a diagnostic check. Not worth it for a $200 PC. We bought another one and now it no longer will boot up. Was told the same thing by Geek Squad. Will not purchase any refurbished from Best Buy again.

Set up, turned on and nothing but beeping. Geek squad wanted me to bring in store, however I worked for them so I know it would be too expensive for a cheap refurbished computer. Returning. Honestly, most refurbished computes work fine, I just drew the bad one. Plus the entire tower is covered in dust.
