Issue with Windows

However, kept asking me to activate Windows. I'd go to do it and got a message that it was likely because of an unauthorized version being installed. Long story short, returned to my local store and without a PC in my office for a while until I can just buy a brand new one. The previous PC I had was old but worked fine until I tried to put all back together again after returning this one, wouldn't work the way it used to. Not turned off by Best Buy at all, but no more refurbished for me...

Excellent refurbished desktop

The pc works excellent and my father is very happy with it. I like the amount of usb connections too. system starts up quickly, overall I am very satisfied with purchase. The price was excellent being a Dell and it was shipped to the best buy store way ahead of schedule. for daily Home tasks, I recommend this unit.

Compact and perfect for my work-from-home office

This was a great deal! Memory is great and the processor is just what I need. If you are looking for a gaming CPU, I don't think this is it. But for my purposes; VoIP, Office, email, chat...it's perfect.

Computer is JUNK
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Purchased this computer for my 81 yo mother to check emails and facebook posts. The computer blew up last week after less than 90 days, and it was not turned on or used every day. This product is a piece of junk. Also, Best Buy would not honor any warranty noting that they have a 15 day return policy and I didn’t purchase Geek Squad protection. Now Dell says that they don’t warranty third party sales. Unbelievable!

Dell refurbished pc
