    I ordered this computer which was supposed to have Windows 10. The product code on the bottom did not work. I had to purchase a download of Windows 10 for which I paid $196. Very disappointing. I wrote HQ requesting a reimbursement for the software I had to purchase. I have not yet heard back. I have never had this much trouble with a refurbished desktop until now. Because of the pandemic, I could not reach anyone at the store I ordered it al so I wrote to Best Buy HQ. Wish me luck.

    Ordered a refurbished desktop as a lower cost alternative to getting more power. It was easy to find the necessary specs to compare performance and it shipped just as they said.

    Received computer with crushed keyboard. Have repeatedly requested for this damaged item replaced. No response ever. Not to email, not to delivery reply, nothing. Computer works fine with old keyboard. I paid for computer AND KEYBOARD. DO NOT DEPEND ON HEARING BACK FROM THESE FOLKS.

    WORKING FINE...I DID NOT KNOW IT DID NOT HAVE A SLOT FOR A SIM CARD TO DOWNLOAD PICTURES FROM MY CAMERA.
