I purchased the OptiPlex for a family member that is not extremely tech savvy, but likes to do general web surfing and play Mahjong. I was extremely satisfied with the time it took me to set up Windows 10 and the ease of functionality. The PC is quiet, has no lag between applications and has an unnoticeable boot time from button press to log on prompt. You absolutely cannot beat this PC for the price.

I bought this computer it did not come with a WiFi connection however I did buy a WiFi dongle that fixed it up perfectly I was worried I needed a Ethernet connection.

Never buy these refurbished systems. Have been trying to get in touch with joy systems(company that supplies best buy) for over a month now. Left 5 voicemails. 2 emails. No response ever. I had to completely format and reinstall everything myself. What a waste of time and money

Machine works well. However, the hard drive continually disconnects. We had this checked but does not appear to be a hard drive issue. It must be happening internally. This works fine sometimes, but is not a reliable computer.
