Best Buy claims a 1 year manufacturer warranty on many of these refurbished PCs, when in fact the manufacturer will only honor a 3 month warranty. I would not have made this purchase with that warranty, and I did in fact run into issues needing a repair. The warranty was not honored and the cost for repair was about 1/2 of the computer. Best Buy should properly report the warranty, and Dell should honor what is reported!

I was looking for a basic PC that had at least 1TB of storage and could multitask (internet and word processing, mostly) without issues. I figured refurbished would be the way to go, but my first attempt was thwarted when the HDD PC I got had a faulty hard drive. So I ordered this one, and it turned out that the extra money spent on an SSD was well worth it. This PC boots up VERY quickly and is quiet as a mouse. The processor and RAM are plenty accommodating enough as well. I did have one small issue with the sound not coming through well with speakers. I tried just about everything I could think of - updated drivers, different cables, different cables - until I found the issue was the "Dell Maxx Volume Pro" that came pre-installed. I turned it off and the sound became much better. I would say that this is a good PC for the price. It does everything I wanted, isn't enormous, and isn't loud or hot. The lack of HDMI ports and built-in wifi is mildly annoying but easily fixable with the proper USB adapters. The included mouse, keyboard, and mousepad were a nice touch. I am very happy with this PC!

i tried installing two 16mb ram sticks in place of the four 4 ram sticks that came with the unit could not double the ram with the two 16 ram sticks very disappointed as the specs allowed for upgrade to 32 ram otherwise seems like a great computer

Had it for a month. So far so good. Super easy to set up and I'm not an IT expert. I was up and running in 1/2 hour! Good speed, plenty of storage. Recommend

Huge upgrade from the prior desktop we owned. Only issue to note is that it doesn't have WIFI compatibility built in. Will be trying a WIFI adapter once it arrives - very cheap upgrade so hoping it works well.

Came with display ports instead of HDMI so I had to go to the store and get adapter cables. Would not load Mcafee because internal loader thinks that many copies already exist. Gen: This unit is a business unit referb. Not a residential referb. So far everything else is ok.

Not quite the one we were looking for. For example, it has no HDMI to connect to a monitor. Returned it without any problem (Return process was smooth)

This seems to do what I need. Easy to hook up and like the speed.

This computer works great for me! It was super easy to set up. It works perfectly with Adobe CC, which I use frequently. The startup time is super fast, as is the program startup times. It doesn't come with HDMI ports or wifi, but that wasn't a huge problem. I hardwired the network and used a VGA cable for my monitor. They make converters if you don't have a VGA cable or compatible monitor.

Very satisfied so far. Purchased to work with large Photoshop files. Handles large Photoshop files way faster than my old i5 machine that had 8GB of memory and would choke on them.

This thing is a powerhouse. Runs very efficient. I only use it to run a couple of programs for a printer type machine. The ram is plentiful and it’s nice to have a solid state drive.

Gets the job done. My only disappointment was that it was sold without a Wi-Fi card. Who in this day and age would expect that.

The computer is quick, provides adequate memory, processor and disk space. To add to all of this, it includes Windows Pro. You can’t go wrong for the money!

Memory and storage at a reasonable fee plus lots of USB ports were the reasons I purchased. Only drawback is it needs to be hardwired to internet.

The PC checks all the marks and fits the advertised details, Good for a daily light user and fast enough for basic use

The computer had no HDMI’s but the advertising said otherwise, had two D ports instead. I had to buy two adapters D-port to HDMI so, an extra $50 out of my pocket. Misleading advertising and now WiFi card to boot, I would not recommend.

Turned it on and everything worked like a charm. No wifi without the wifi adapter (as described), but the advertised specs were all up to snuff when I checked them in real life. Also, bought a bluetooth adapter so I could upgrade the keyboard and mouse. The ones it came with were fine (but maybe a little cheap). Would absolutely buy from this item again.

Fast, easy to assemble, running like a charm. I am very happy with it and i recommend.

I am using it since last month. It is good and happy with this till date. I like it’s size as well, small and perfectly fits on my table.
