Works just fine although the hard drive is a little noisy. Would be a great purchase for a small home business. Excellent value for the price.

They claim the details are correct but appear to be aware they are doing this... Of the 3 ordered 1 was DOA... Best buy does not seem to care that they are doing this and are not willing to exchange for the one seen pictured online, which tells me they never intended to sell it to begin with...

Verified Purchase| Posted 8 months ago. Owned for 1 month when reviewed. I purchased 3 Towers and all three displayed an error message of " No Bootable Device" recognized. I initiated the BIOS setup and checked the settings, then restarted and windows started on two systems after a new link to the hard drive was established. However, the third system still would not load windows. Best Buy does not offer a return link so, I contacted the seller and they advised that they would email a return label and review/repair the system. I am still awaiting that label and will provide an update once I receive either a replacement or repaired 3 system.

I had some issues, as I am used to using a Windows 7 OS, but I was able to call the support number that came with the product and got a fast and easy resolution to my problem! The only reason that I did not give 5 stars is that it would have been very helpful for them to include a little more instruction on computer set up and helpful getting started tips.
