Needed a new desktop. Received very helpful recommmendations from the Best Buy technical representative. Product works as advertised and I am very happy with my purchase and with the Geek Squad partnership and assistance.

Very pleased with my purchase. I like the slim design and the ease in getting it set up. The Geek Squad was extremely helpful in re-installing the OS and downloading my Office 365 and security software.

I have been using Dell for years and this new one is just great I am so please with the service just set it up and it's been going great since. The last one was 9 years old was getting slow but still working! Because of the change from 10 to 11, I had to get a new one . So happy I did!

Small and powerful. Leaves a lot more room on my desk for my printer and speakers.

Ok machine for basic remote work and home use. Wish there were more than one hdmi port. But overall satisfied with storage, memory, and speed.

My old Dell couldn't be upgraded to Windows 11 so it was time to bite the bullet and buy a new PC. Decided to stick with Dell after many years of positive experience. I love my new Dell! It is so much smaller and lighter than my old one.

The transfer of my files from the previous windows 10 computer that Best Buy Geek Squad did went very good. At this point the speed of the new windows 11 is awesome.

Fast with very large hard drive. Geek squad transferred all data. Seamless, membership completely covered data recovery, transfer and set up. Got it home, works perfectly. Good experience

This replaces a DELL that I’ve had for 12 years. Love this new Dell! One of the programs that comes with this Dell will turn your Dell off at a certain time that you provide! Runs Windows 11 flawless! Highly recommend this Dell!

Every thing works great, big improvement over the old one

Purchaced a dell computer logitec keyboard and moniter so far I have ha zero issues all is working well as expected

After my computer decide to take its last blink, I had to replace it. This computer is much faster and capable of gaming.

It was exactly what I was expecting and more. It is smaller and allows more air flow in my cabinet for cooling.

Love it except the keyboard is not cordless and the cord is too short. Mouse is not cordless.

Great machine, and noticeably faster than the one it replaced. My question / comment is, there's no CD player. Have they gone the way of the buggy whip?

The computer was a great buy, ease of set up and works well. The lg screen is great love it.
