It all seems to be working OK, but the power-on operation doesn't seem to be right on! By that, I mean, when I first use the power-on button, the computer takes such a long time to power-up, stating that it can not find the internet! So I power-down the computer by holding the power button for 5 seconds! Once I see that it has completely powered-down, I then re-power up the computer. this second time it always finds the internet! Why is this happening? Please let me know the answer to this anomaly! Thanks!!

Setup was very easy process. The tower is so much smaller than the last dell I bought but has so much more capabilities.

The computer is so much smaller, takes up little room. i am delighted with it.

My desktop was quite old. Even my husband was complaining, So, after researching, I chose to buy this one. I've always liked Dell so it seemed like a good match for me.Because we have Tech through Best Buy, the change was seemless.

I love that I have more room because it' so compact. But, what I love more is that when I turn it on, it's on almost before I take my finger off the switch. And when I open something, it opens immediately -- I mean IMMEDIATELY!

We purchased this computer 2 months ago and we can say, so far its doing its work well.

Is doing great job, I'm so happy to have bought it, it is an excellent product.

Set up quick and does what i want it to do. The only issue I had was with Microsoft OneDrive. It seems when you set up a new computer everything defaults to Onedrive which I don't like.

I would suggest buying this product, it works very well.

Runs great! Got my 1 Gig internet download speed back with this new system. I was also able to add another internal drive to this desktop model computer.

After 3 weeks since first purchase ,it is good , fast reliable internet connection, have no problem so far and it is not heavy to carry, still too soon to give an excellent.

Very pleased with my purchase. I like the slim design and the ease in getting it set up. The Geek Squad was extremely helpful in re-installing the OS and downloading my Office 365 and security software.
