I was looking for a "tablet" that was window based, because I use Java and Flash....This fit the bill perfectly Only downside, is the flimsy keyboard....but I can deal with that

This is a great alternative to the Surface Pro series. Now that the price has dropped on these at Best Buy it can be had for much less than the Pro but with all the power and efficiency. I bought this instead of the new Surface 3 and couldn't be happier with it. Battery has been good after a little tuning.

Tablet works well with touchscreen windows 10 version. Keyboard is temperamental at times. Tablet will get hot after a few hours of use. Battery life is inconsistent.

More powerful than expected. Benchmark tests 1.5 times as fast as my old AMD A8 laptop. Light, fast, I take it with me everywhere. Bought Dell stylus and now it is an excellent drawing tablet for photo work and artwork too. Lightweight keyboard is great for travel. Might get bluetooth keyboard and mouse for home. a great value.

I luv the dual camera and the portability of it. The office 365 is extremely helpful for running our business on the go. The only downside is that they didn't have screen protectors in store. I had to order online and they are back ordered still. This is the first pc we have purchased for our business but it will not be the last. I love my dell!!

Well-designed tablet that can run Starcraft 2 with ease. Only problem is the screen, which has PWM flicker.

This machine has the power and storage to be both a PC and tablet. The windows 10 update has really enhanced the tablet function. And 10 really feels like an improved windows 7. I bought a dock for it also and it now feels like a pc. Granted the SSID is a bit small but I've got 1TB on OneDrive and an added 64gb micro sd handles my needs just fine. Four stars because the shape with the native HD resolution is a bit awkward as a tablet.

I bought this tablet to play games on (WoW, HoTS, etc) while my household items were being shipped in from overseas. I was BLOWN AWAY by how well this guy handled those games.
10/10 would buy again.

This tablet has a fast response time and works awesome! It is a little heavier and bulkier than I would prefer, but is a small price to pay for the specifications. The larger (than the average 10") screen size is nice, however 11.5 - 12 inches would be preferable for my needs. It is nice that the back cover comes off in case I ever have to change the battery. Overall this is a great tablet.

This is a great tablet, the core m is great for what I need. Upgrade to Windows 10 made the tablet even better. Only wish was that it had 128GB ssd or that you could install store apps to micro sd. For now most desktop applications work fine off the sd but load a little slow.

Windows 10 problematic

I think the hardware of my Dell Venue Pro is probably quite good. The problem is that I can't really tell due to problems with the Windows 10 (upgrade) OS. I upgraded to Windows 10 during my initial setup process. Therefore, I can't really comnpare to Windows 8. However, reading on-line comments/reviews conmfirms my current experience.
Many frustrations! Wifi reception & activation is not consistent. The camera will only work/initialize when Wifi is active. Even then, front camera will only work sometimes. The tablet will randomly shut down or restart. Can not not get my purchased OFFICE subscription to install and activate. Productivity apps at Windows Store are VERY limited!
I bought a Windows tablet because I use Windows at work and on my home desktop. I wish it worked as well as my old Android tablet (it wore out).
I don't believe the problems are the Dell hardware. Rather, the "not ready for prime time (or at least on tablet/mobile)" Windows software.

I picked this up as an alternative to the Surface 3 as not only was it faster than that device, it rivals much higher end devices. I love the Core M especially when using it as a tablet. Pick up the keyboard and stylus and you're all set

Light, compact, and easy to carry. Too small for lap use with the keyboard, but a great little tablet. Have had it for over a month with no glitches or software issues. So much better than my HP Split that crapped out two weeks after the warranty expired.

I needed a tablet that could be a computer for online classes, not crazy powerful, but there when I needed it and I love it. I can go to the park and have class, or go to Mc Donald's while the kids play and do my work! Anywhere with wifi!
