Computer disguised as a tablet

The only negative from giving it a five star review is the left speaker developed a distortion (buzz like effect of a loose or blown speaker...after two months of use.) This happens intermittently but is annoying and disappointing nevertheless.

Avoid Open Box
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought this in a 4-hour sale, chose Open-Box to save a few bucks and reduce environment waste, but it was horrible decision. Open Box arrived missing the power adapter and whoever restored the system did not wipe his account, I am left with a non-functional unit. Brought back to the local store who had to spent 30 minutes making calls and they could not unlock the Administrator account to return the unit to working condition. Now I can no longer capture the 4-hour flash sale pricing.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased this tablet on sale thinking it was a good deal but it is still giving me hangups after a year and what's worse is I after hear my wife telling me I should have gotten an IPad like the one I got her for Christmas last year. At least I didn't buy it at full price.

Battery Drain on Windows 10
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.i left 100% and put it in sleep mode few hrs later my battery is almost dead.. did clean install same thing.. build quality is poor. removing the detachable keyboard, the button surface seems peeling due to the magnets are a bit strong.. i just dont understand why this unit has almost 5 stars review..

Stay Away

Worked great for 3 months and now it spends more time getting repaired than working. It's on a third motherboard and second battery and I've only had it 6 months. I was in a best buy 07/15 and the display model had the same problem. I have many Dell products and love my XPS laptop, but wish I would have gotten the surface pro.
