This laptop has all the specs that I was looking for (4K UHD touch screen display, 9th gen Intel i7 processor, 1TB SSD, 4GB dedicated graphics memory and the fastest Wi-Fi available plus a few extras). Picture quality is great. It is very fast. I have only had this laptop for a few weeks, but so far it is exactly what I needed.

Definitely the best laptop I've owned. Its thin, light, has an amazing display, and the battery lasts as long as you would expect for being so thin and the fingerprint scanner is very quick/reliable. I don't use the touch screen much but it is definitely a nice feature to have! Would highly recommend.

Items upload and download extremely fast. This laptop even worked extremely well with my slow DSL service, which has now been replaced with a 100/100 MB service. The computer set up very quickly and easily, and downloaded software and info from my other computers very quickly.

I really enjoyed this laptop for about four days. Then I started experiencing screen screen flickering that despite all troubleshooting would not resolve. I couldn’t play the games I wanted to play or watch any videos or do any work. I called Best Buy since I had purchased protection but was quickly dismissed without much sense of concern the agent told me to call the manufacturer because it was still under their warranty. I honestly don’t think he even looked up my account or anything it was too quick. When I contacted Dell however, they were extremely helpful and kind. They were able to diagnose that I had a faulty display and that it needed to be replaced. I am currently without my laptop as I sent it to them for repair last week. I got an email yesterday that the part was not in stock and it would be another five days before they would have it. I don’t know how long it will take for repair and then to have it sent back but this is very frustrating and disappointing. My brand new laptop left for a part replacement less than 30 days after purchase! I think I regret buying “geek squad certified” the most. Best Buy has always delivered awesome products and I’ve never had a problem. This was the “certified” product I got from Best Buy and it is subpar. Deeply disappointed further by the customer service I received when I called about this issue. Not sure what I am going to do honestly because Best Buy was my go-to for electronics. Suboptimal product + poor customer service = sour taste for Best Buy. But I’m confident that when my laptop returns it will be what I expected when I purchased it, and Dell has made a customer of me.

This seemingly a good looking laptop until you put it to work. The fan is loud and constantly running while editing photos or videos. I had to put the laptop on a fan platform to keep it from over heating. I am an IT professional with wealth of experience dealing with all sort of hardware and I have tweaked setting on this to be optimal but it cannot defies physics. Meaning it has to vent when hot...however, not good at venting at that.

Fast and reliable. Have had a month using for content creation. Have since got 2 Dell battery banks and can go a couple days without a plug. Portable and Powerful with a beautiful display.

I have only had the laptop for three weeks, but I'm enjoying it so far. I can run most of the Adobe Creative Suite along with Chrome and some other background apps without any issues. Pretty good considering the price.

Runs fast, great color balance, does everything I need it too!

Paid a lot for this model. Don’t seem to be seeing speedy performance expected. Browsing sluggish when accessing the network.

Excellent graphics. The touch screen is easy to use. The speed of this laptop is very fast.
