    The laptop was a Christmas gift for my grandson and he says it is great so far.! I’m very pleased that he’s had no issues using it.

    My Dell XPS has a wide screen 15" is fast and easy to navigate. I am still learning aspects of this computer that are different from my old Dell Inspiron desk top. I enjoy the portability of a lap top and was very pleased with the set up provided by the Geek Squad to get me started. My only disappointment was that there was no app for easy viewing of my photos.

    In under one year of use, I started having problems with this laptop. It cannot hold the battery charge for more than 1 hour, so I have to keep it plugged at all times when I'm using it. Very inconvenient. My biggest issue is that from time to time it disconnects from the Wifi for no apparent reason. It used to be just once in a while, now it seems to happen every 30 minutes. How's that for playing games online on this "gaming computer"?
