    Ran into issues with Thunderbolt devices that work fine with an old Dell XPS 17. Dell support couldn't/wouldn't resolve despite spending 5 or 6 hours with support. Also, not pleased by limited storage and the micro SD slot.

    I had the. Wey first fancy xps 13 thaf dell made with this new design language kh maybe 7 years ago to the date and that laptop was so fabulous it just died recently which is bwy i wanted ti uograde to what looked loke a bigger nicer version of my old guy (which came with windows 8 on it ) i had one driver issue with that laptop on the first day with the WiFi and then never again. But omg like one od the other writers i had constant bkue screens od death with this rig. I has to return it because im MM it has something to do with how windows handles the gpu as well as nvidea updating its drivers accordingly and well I just can’t with that. I don’t have time for it its a real shame. I dont totlaly blame dell but they are selling a laotop that has two components in it that aren’t getting along right now they need to figure out work around or uodates to rhe bios but befusse i an a darj consumer customet and nkr a business custiner i felt like they could care

    Concern about keyboard spacing of keys. My earlier Dell XPS -13 had enough spaces between the keys that there was not numerous ghost letters from hitting 2 keys at once. I hope it improves but it is very frustrating so far

    Bought this computer for my daughter who is in an arc D program. She seems to be getting along with it just fine and it seems to be more than enough computer for what she’s needing in that program so far.
