I have loved Dell XPS computers since the mid-90s and this is a great model to build up. Wanted to spend as little as possible for a fast processor and add depending on my needs. Ultimately will be streaming media machine but for now just teaching applications and video conferencing. Love it all over. I immediately changed the 1TB drive for a 512GB Samsung SSD and wow...fastest machine I've ever touched.

This is a good computer in a general sense. It has a fast processor and a decent motherboard. It supports generation 3 M.2 so that is really nice. The 8GB of RAM it comes with will barely run anything, so plan on upgrading that, especially if you are not buying a graphics card. After I bought mine I upgraded to two 16 GB sticks of 3200 MHz RAM(which the system runs at 2933) and a super fast generation 3 M.2 drive for boot and it works awesome. This system uses Intel UHD 630 for integrated graphics which gives impressive performance for onboard graphics. There are 2 display outputs, one is HDMI and the other is Display Port. With the upgrades I've done, the onboard graphics work well enough that I don't feel the need for a graphics card at all. Works fantastic for casual gaming because of the super fast M.2 drive I added, 32GB of RAM I added and the stock 8 core i7-10700. A very capable system if you upgrade it correctly.

This computer does exactly what I was expecting it to do. It has enough processing power to push the application it is bing used for, and it runs pretty quiet. I also like the USB-C port on the case’s front. The only down side is that it is a bit expensive compared to other brand with similar features. All in all this Dell tower is a decent machine.

We love this Desktop; SO much better in so many ways from the old one our private computer technician custom-built for us. Of the at least 5 laptops and desktops we use for our Videography business, this is the book-keeping workhorse, with some light duty video - reviewing tasks. The only 'amenity' I loath is the INVASIVE MICROSOFT EDGE program.

This was a total disappointment for me. I returned this item on 3/12 because of slow and non responsive actions. After contacting Dell and having them run Diagnostics I was informed it had a faulty mother board or bad processors. I saw no sense in retaining it and having it fixed as I paid for new and wanted new. Dell made it sound like I should just get it fixed and except it. No more Dell for me. This may very well be a rare happening but I want people to be aware.

Pretty average processor and speeds. Wish more Ram was offered for this insane price. It was an easy set up to my old monitor. I hope it lasts me longer than the tower I bought from Dell 3 years ago. They don’t make them like they used to. They break down very easily, so hopefully that is not the case with this one. There are no bells and whistles to it, you get what you get.

It was a smooth transition, easy to install and set up. Significant improvement from my previous Dell

Excellent open box choice. It's much faster than than my last computer and it supports my photo and video editing programs. Love it.

I love this computer. It runs well and quicker than our other computer. We decided to get the xps for more memory and capability.

I am very happy with this desktop and the Microsoft Windows 10 that came with it. I connected it up to a large monitor that I already had by getting the adaptor needed to accommodate the hook up. I needed the DVD drive and it works and displays beautifully.

After receiving this product and installing it, I noticed that there was no sound coming from this system, I called Dell tech support and was told the these computers don’t have speakers on the motherboard any more,, a fifty cent speaker no longer is a part of a $800 dollar computer,, this is very sad and cheap,, I was not Happy at all !!!

Works exactly as I need it to. Fast and efficiently with lots of memory.

Not bad new out of the box computer setup was fast and quick. Keyboard and mouse very smooth no need to press hard so far do good. Plan to add more memory real soon

This is one of the best desktops i ever bought. Fast and powerful. I only use this for email, music, online searching and minor gaming.

I was hoping this computer would be faster than it is at loading.
