A: This model does not have the 15 pin VGA port. I added a separate G-force 1650 graphics card. But this XPS 8940 just had inputs for HDMI and Display Port cables.
A: This system has four UDIMM slots for the memory and uses a 2933 MHz, Dual-channel DDR4 type memory modules.
Q: Does this computer have speakers?
A: Funny you should ask. The short answer is no. But since I have a pair of nice Bose computer speakers from a previous Dell computer I thought I could just plug them in and everything would be fine. No such luck and no sound. A word to the wise, make sure you ask your sales person if you should buy speakers or if prior computer speakers are compatible.
