Im not inclined to put together my own computer package, so its nice to have a supplier who knows the needs of all its consumers! This set up is perfect for my design needs!! Enough memory, speed, a top rate graphics card to boot!! Respect!!

This Dell XPS is fast, easy to set up and not filled with bloatware. Added a SSD as primary and increased speed. It also cooled the case. I keep it in a desk cabinet and the surrounding temp is 70 degrees on average with the door closed.

I had no idea what kind of computer to buy so I went in knowing that I would be in good hands. Sure enough, a nice lady from HP said that the Dell 7 would be able to do whatever it is I wanted it to do and that I wouldn't have to worry about upgrades for awhile - I trusted her and brought it home - much to my surprise my two son's knew all about this model and were so excited when I brought it home. Since then, I've been enjoying it mostly for pictures, internet and some word, excel spreadsheets - tons of storage space,, super fast no lag time - love it!! But mostly I must say that Best Buy in Folsom freaking rocks!! I've bought two computer systems and had a really nice stereo system put in my truck - thanks Best Buy for never steering me wrong - I will always go to this location - great service!! thank you

I bought the Dell as the video card in my 5 year old HP failed and/or the socket on the motherboard failed for it. I bought this Dell to replace it and I use it for gaming and also running VmWare VM's on it for development work. I was able to get this system on sale and I've been mostly happy with it. Although not a "gaming" system, the video card holds up for the games I play (WOW, OverWatch) and there's plenty of space on the disk. Maybe I could get 5 to 10% smoother video on a "real" gaming rig, but this one was at least $500 less. The only downside that I ran into this system was the onboard network. If I ran VmWare player with a VM on it and ran a video on YouTube and did other web based stuff, the machine would lock up for 5 to 10 minutes. When I was finally able to get control back, the network could not be reached. If I rebooted everything was fine. I found an $11 video card on-line and installed it, everything has been fine since. Otherwise I've been very happy with this purchase.

Good price for this desk top. It was very easy to set up and to start using. It has plenty of room for expansion so it should last for many years. It is smaller and very quite compared to our XPS420 which was an awesome desk top.

This computer replaced a seven year old desktop. I was immediately impressed with how quiet it runs. It makes almost no noise. The graphics are sharp. I especially like that it has a discreet graphics card.

This computer unit is easy to work with, setup is a breeze and a great layout design of the inside and access to upgrading hardware. Very well thought out design in all aspects of this unit. So thrilled that I got it and at a decent price too.

The computer was easy to set up the way I wanted it. All programs run quickly and there are no delays no matter what I'm doing. No lag time between clicking the mouse and the response by the PC.

Out of the box it's sleek, sexy and adequate for almost anything. It's best strength is ease of access to upgrade everything. The case is tool-less and the PSU swings out of the way giving clear easy access to everything inside. I easily upgraded the HDD to an NVme m.2 SSD and added another nand SSD. Also upgraded the PSU from 460W to an 850W unit and changed out the Nvidia GeForce 750Ti for a 1080GT. Only thing left to do is fill the other three memory slots. I would have been better off building from scratch but I really like this case.

I needed a new PC relatively quickly. When I took home another brand and realized after a few days it had to go back, I went back to Dell and picked this one up. Good and fast--not a super-gamer PC but not designed to be. Nice price.

This computer is a nice compact size but still has plenty of room inside. It has a large fan on top that is very quiet. Boot times are super fast. No complaints at all from me.

Performs admirably, sufficient horsepower for majority of household needs. I am using it as a home office computer, plex server, and RAID (It has room for two more drives).

Smooth transition from old computer. Very quiet and fast. I had the SSD installed based on recommendation from a review. So far no problems everything working great !

Purchased this computer as a replacement for a 4 year old desktop which died due to a hard drive failure. So far, this Dell is performing well with no issues. Does what I expected to do. Overall pleased.

I bumped up the memory to maximum by ordering the chips online. I added my old hard drive and was in business.The only down so far after over six months is no indicator the hard drive is accessing.

I worked on dumb terminals since early 70's and have had PC's since the 80's... even a new DELL in 1990; upgrading from Windows 95, 97, 98 to XP which was phased out and finally not functional. The setup was simple, but the jump to Windows 10 was tougher; I really miss the old Windows screen; this is not DELL's fault or even Window's fault... just mine, the old dinosaur, who was a cobol programmer for 40 years. Finally getting the hang of it and look forward to the new capabilities. My thanks to your great sales staff for their help.
