Overall have had only a few issues with my new Dell XPS 8910. First off don't care for the single hard drive tray. Extremely FLIMSY! Also its impossible to find a better disc drive as it is essentially from a LAPTOP. The windows 10 seems solid enough. Made a BIG mistake attempting to download windows 10 on my old 8700. But this time around itsa okay. Overall am pretty pleased with product,(KNOCK ON WOOD)

This is a big machine - the big tower everyone had before the move to small computers. It takes up quite a bit of space but you buy this for power not to conserve space. Not all i7 chips are the same. Laptops and tablets have chips designed to save battery life and not run as hot. As a result - slow processing. I had forgotten how fast a full size machine can really churn through processing images, etc. if you need the power, this is a great option - plus my DVD writer is back onboard.

Very good for autocad use nice graphisme and the speed was perfect

I found this to be a good computer for everyday use It does what you expect of it. Easy to set-up and quite quick but not server class

Bought this for my son and he loves it. Very fast and is able to run all games in highest settings.

This was a great purchase. One of the reasons I picked this one was because of ram expandability to 64 gb. Also the graphics are amazing for gaming!

Quiet and smooth running so far. The cd drive very noisy so may have to look into if persist

My desktop began acting funny and eventually crashed permanently. Had a system set-up with 4 monitors, VOIP for my business phones and a Wi-Fi system. Thought this would be a nightmare to replace. Bought the Dell unit on the recommendation from Best Buy and couldn't be happier. Had the GEEK Squad come to the house and set up. Was up and running in no time. Excellent computer. Super fast.

Almost one year ago I purchased a Dell XPS 13 laptop loaded at Best Buy. It has been fabulous. So, when we were looking for a desktop for our home office we immediately gravitated toward this machine sitting on the display floor. It was an open box like my laptop and it is good to know that Best Buy stands by these products. The new desktop is performing flawlessly.

The package is a good buy, It supports 3 monitors out of the box and the ability to add an extra hard drive made my purchase a new brainer. This computer has plenty of power and memory a 500GB drive is wimpy by todays standards but the ability to add two internal drives makes up for that issue. Plenty of USB 3.0 ports right upon front and a few in the back -- I like it.
