    Worked great for 2 years. Piece of crap now. Descaling does'nt work, tablets don't work and pressure is gone! Don't buy, it will be discontinued soon.

    Broke inside of 90 days!!! In my secind machine!!! After trying to set up the first one that didn’t work I got the second machine to work and coffee was good. But in 60 days it was wanting me to descale so I did and not it is stuck in descale mode OVER AND OVER AND OVER AND OVER again and no way to get it back working again. I think I am going back to buying Breville that I wanted to begin with.

    We love this thing. It keeps our household alive. When we first received the machine, it had to go through descaling. Don't make the mistake we did which was to keep refilling the water tank or descaling will go on for hours. Other than that, it's a great machine so far.

    Descaler Issues

    I enjoyed the coffee and learning the process, but unfortunately my machine had a defect that caused it to get stuck in descaling mode. No matter how many times I would run the rinsing cycle it would not reset. I was able to get it to finally reset the first few times, but the latest time it got stuck and won’t reset. It is effectively a $600 paperweight now and I’m outside of the 2 year warranty. DeLongi offered me a $260 repair package which doesn’t even appear to have any guarantee that it will work properly when I get it back. Very disappointed in the quality and lack of support for the machine. I should have probably returned it the first time that it gave me trouble, but I really did like the machine and assumed I was doing something wrong at first. For the price of the machine I would really expect it to last more than just a little over 2 years.
