    This battery was sold to me under incorrect advertisement, It would not work in a Dell Insperion 17R 5721 I am a Total Tech Support Member and the could not get it toi work over the phone and connected to the internet and then I went to 2 Best Buy Stores and they could not get it to work A lot of hassel for a 83 year old man
