They were extremely helpful and figured out what was wrong with it and was very understanding the whole way through, great service!

My pc which I had tried to build myself was broke. So I took it to the geek squad to have it repaired and not only did they do a great job with cable management and placement, they had it back to me in less than 4 days. Great service highly recommended.

Tech was argumentative when i dropped off PC while i was waiting for my appointment, i questioned why other people were being taken care of before me that had no appointment. I was told i didnt show up on time. But there was no one to help me for the first 15 to 20 minutes that i was there. I received the computer back and it turned on and worked for 2 weeks. The computer is now in the same state as i brought it in. Not working, wont power up.

Took my PC in for service because it wouldn't power on & they were able to tell me the problem within 24 hours after drop off. Provided recommended products that addressed the issue with my computer.

They did an excellent job with taking out the parts that were in my old pc case, and putting them into a new one. When we were discussing pricing, the kind lady looked for the best price as if she was shopping for herself. They even told me things to look out for, like GPU sagging. I felt welcomed by each and every worker there, from when I walked in and was greeted, and until I walked out.

I brought my computer in for virus removal, loading very slowly, etc. I had an appointment and did not have to wait at all. I recommend that should you need to go in to the store for repairs to your device, by all means make an appointment. It makes things much easier. The agent was very helpful, and explained everything to me. When I picked up my computer, I was very pleased with the service I received.

Dropped off my laptop that went into a coma and wouldn't wake up. They said it could take up to 2 days for a diagnosis, however, within two hours, they called me and said it was the motherboard and the computer was dead, which admittedly wasn't great news, but I bought a new one and they recycled my old one after guaranteeing that they wiped any of my data. Overall, a pleasant experience with Geek Squad, even though my computer died.

I had to get my phone, desktop and laptop cleaned out because evidently I had a tracker on one or more and my bank account hacked a few times. After getting back a year ago, there has been no problem. Geek Squad kept me up to date on progress too.

The agent who waited on me carefully examined my old computer and explained what component problems were causing me difficulties. Then, after very good explanations and discussion about the improved abilities of a new computer in which I was interested, he graciously prepared the newly purchased computer for me and saw that it was carefully put into my car. I was very pleased with his technical explanations, his friendly preparation of my purchased equipment, and with the store staff's careful delivery of my now new computer to my car.

Geek Squad handled my computer hack by scrubbing my Dell Desktop in efficient time and answered my numerous questions and made recommendations. What was a very stressful situation, they provided reassurance that my computer was clean and all hacker software was removed.

I went to The Geek Squad for help with a super slow laptop. The employee I worked with had great customer service and explained everything to me in detail about what they did and how it effected my computer. He made sure I was satisfied with everything before closing the work ticket. I definitely didnt feel like just another customer. My computer runs so much faster now :)

I have had more support in the past year from the Geek Squad than I have had for many years. My access to folks who can repair and upgrade my computers have never been better.

Gil was awesome when I went in for my consult. My laptop was stuck in a reboot loop, but Gil helped me get a really great deal to get it fixed, and reassured me that they could save my data. Kiera called me later to reassure me that all of my data, down to my sims mods had been recovered. When I received it back, not only did I still have my mods, but all of the wrapper programs I had on my vintage games were still intact. Awesome service overall!
