A very fun RPG but people who watched the old show will get the most out of it. I have a major issue with how difficult it can be to get some of the better digimon in the game. They certainly make you work for literally everything you get. But it's still fun. The fetch quests are extremely tedious but aren't necessary to complete the game. I'd certainly recommend this to anyone who used to enjoy the show.

Digimon Story: Cyber Sleuth is a standalone title that takes place in the Digimon universe. It shares elements with many other JRPG series such as the classic Digimon World games, the Shin Megami Tensei games, and the Pokemon games. You take the role of a teenager who gets dragged into an adventure that takes place within a digital world that is the physical representation of the internet. With the help of monsters called Digimon, you work together with other teenagers to unravel the mysteries of the events going on around you. I would highly recommend it to anyone who likes JRPGs. It's a fresh take on a familiar formula that's executed extremely well.

I love Digimon way more then Pokemon, and I was beyond excited when this game came out. It's one of the best Digimon games I've ever played!! The only downside is that the speaking voices aren't in English (there are subtitles), and that the side quests are kind of annoying like all RPGs.

This is a great game for those who like jrpgs. The gameplay is solid.

I grew up a massive Digimon fan, and played Digimon World 1 and 2 more than anything else growing up. This game is a return to form. It has a great JRPG story and awesome dungeon crawling/turn based battles. If you're a Digimon fan, or just need a new JRPG, this is your game!

This game has everything we loved about the original digimon games on ps1 and then some. With updates digimon and an amazing story live through your childhood again.

Wasnt sure about this game but I am having fun at the moment.

As a Digimon fan it was hard to say no to the game. It was a solid RPG using something I grew up on, the nostalgia factor is strong. My only complaint is an unfair one, but because the game was created for the VITA the graphics are meh and the storytelling is incredibly boring and time consuming compared to a normal PS4 game.

This game was surprisingly more fun than I originally expected. The story takes a minute to pick up, but it gets more interesting as it progresses. I love the classic turn based play and leveling up aspect - but I wish the music was better and had an english dub for the vocals. But the minor adjustments can be overlooked.

I don't know anything about digimon and picked this game up. Now I'm hooked on digivolving these guys! The gameplay is fairly easy until the end of the game, but the world is very detailed and beautiful, and all the digimon monsters look amazing!

I'm reliving my childhood with this game, but I will say that this game is rated M for sure with some jokes and story outline. If you loved to play the pokemon games this digimon game is exactly like the games you get to train, evolve, and fight.

So if you are interested in this game, I assume you like Digimon. As far as Digimon training, the game is pretty awesome. The story is pretty bland though. I also dislike that they got lazy with the English port and didn't get English voice actors. Not that I mind subs, but still. The soundtrack is also kinda bland.

I am a little disappointed that all the audio is still in its native language with English subtitles. I'm not a huge anime fan and that's all this is set in the Digimon universe. The game itself is fun though. I prefer the older Digimon games honestly.

I love this game, I already have a ton of hours into it. The only thing I'm not happy about was I preordered it and I have yet to get the DLC. I picked up my preorder the day it came out, I have called customer service and they said I still do not have the code. Other than that the game is really good.

Bought this as a fan of the original games/series but found it to be a surprisingly in depth RPG. Lots of options for character growth/evolution with a slight learning curve. If you're a RPG fan you're probably not going to find anything new but if you're a fan of Digimon in general it's a must have.

Digimon Cyber Sleuth is a fantastic game that keeps me coming back. Training digimon, running through awesome looking dungeons, and having some fantastic tracks makes for a great experience for any PS4 owner.

I have always liked Pokemon and for me Digimon really never caught on as it never appealed to me. After checking out some gameplay footage, it looked like a really good turn based rpg so I decided to pick up the game even though I never liked Digimon. I love this game and I now prefer it over pokemon and have so far put over 45 hours and I'm only on the 7th chapter out of 20. Its truly a wonderful rpg that I recommend to anyone who loves turn based games.
