All of the gadgets and things that GoPro has out there or that work with GoPro this is the thing I hoped worked the most. I drove 90minutes to the closest store that had one in stock and charged it on the way home. Seems like a big battery to run as advertised and took a few hours to charge even after I returned home. Couldn’t wait to play with this at a one week outdoor camp. It never worked. It never charged the GoPro and I never saw a charging icon the entire time I tried it out. I tested it on a hero 5 & 7. Never worked. It seems the USB C just never made it all the way into the slot to make the connection. Tried so many times and it never made one connection. Total waste. Glad I was able to return at the local store with no issue.

If you looking a way to have extra more recording time for your GoPro 7 , with this battery adapter make it one unit weather proof and dirt proof give many more hours with your GoPro on the go without worry of running out of juice .

The bottom slide attachment need to have a longer neck. The screw you attach your camera with doesn’t fully tighten.

It was good until it broke the latch. Then it was useless. Not even two months into it. Didn’t bother exchanging it.

This battery was exactly what i was looking for. Without it, there was no way i could record multiple ball games without fiddling for replacement batteries in between innings.

I have been looking for a solution to my GoPro problem of constantly having to switch out batteries during a long activity. I have enjoyed using this product so far.

I bought as a extra battery back up for my go pro. Well when you turn it on it gets the GoPro real warm to where it says it’s going turn off because it’s hot. I suggest use as a back up when the battery is charging and use like a external battery.
