  • Great battery charger if lost one

    My wife lost her battery charger that came with the camera and found this one. It has many adapters and does the job for her Canon.

    THE CHARGER SERVED ITS PURPOSE ONCE I FIGURED OUT HOW TO USE IT. I THOUGHT THE INSTRUCTIONS WERE SOMEWHAT VAGUE ON HOW TO INSERT THE VARIOUS BATTERY ADAPTERS INTO THE BASE UNIT. ONCE I FIGURED THIS OUT, THE CHARGER WORKED FINE, ALTHOUGH IT DID NOT SEEM TO CHARGE THE BATTERY AS QUICK AS THE ORIGINAL CHARGER THAR CAME WITH THE CAMERA.

    I loved the battery charger.It worked perfectly and I used it a lot.It's compact, light weight and very inexpensive.

    Unless one has many Cameras with several types of batteries, it seems like it is over-engineered with too many Options.

    It took me a few minutes to figure out the correct pieces to put together to work with the battery for my Canon Rebel XTi, but once I did, the charger worked exactly as promised. I'm still using it a year later without any issues whatsoever. Given it was significantly less expensive than the one made by Canon, it was a good purchase.

    The charger has several adapters that plug in to it to use with different kinds of batteries. After removing the adapter the first time one of the metal prongs bent down and went inside the unit and now it doesn't charge any more and I have to return it.
