The dismount of my TV and bracket was just what I paid for and they were able to put back in its original box

Geek squad did exactly what I expected, with the care and expertise I've come to expect. Used the squad to install, now uninstall and will use the squad to reinstall at new location. They packed everything in original boxes (yes I remembered to keep them), bundled all the wiring so not to lose anything. Great job.

Replaced older receiver, CD with new equipment. Disconnected 3-2-1 Bose from TV. Neat, professional and explained new stuff to me. Very satisfied!

The Geek Squad member did an awesome job & was generally very helpful. Unfortunatly, my attempt to have another Geek Squad member out to help further failed as now Best Buy wants to charge $88 for another visit.

Gary, Robbie and Mike did an outstanding job taking apart our old plasma TV and component system and setting up the new Sony OLED 77" with sound bar - plus another 32" in another room...

The agents were personable and professional. They installed my entire new system in an afternoon: 65” 4K Smart TV, Receiver, BluRay Player, HEOS Streaming System, and my AT&T Hub, and it’s been fantastic! Highly recommend the Best Buy Team!

Excellent service by the home set up team. They put together a TV Stand with Mount & both followed CDC guidelines. It took them an hour and a half to set up which was fantastic. They arrived on time!!

The agents (Mike and Noah) mounted my TV and connected it to all my devices. They also set up all my new devices to work with my new TV. They were professional, courteous, and knowledgable.

The two techs that uninstalled our electronics were very professional, courteous, and did a good job.

I had a great experience. My tech called and said she was on the way. Got there and had both tv’s mounted hooked up in less than two hours.
