They helped us set up new TV after a prior TV had a warranty issue

The men took time and were very nice and polite when they were here. However they did not center the TV on the new location it was mounted.

You cancelled day of! And didn’t bother to notify us. And the appointment was made and paid for three weeks in advance. Never again.

Agent never showed up after sending me an email that they would be at my house in 20 minutes. No one ever called to tell me why. This the only bad experience I've had with the Geek Squad and I hope it is a one time experience.

Never happened. You guys cancelled my appt the day of right before they were suppose to show up. Wasn’t happy however was able to figure it out so re wired myself so I saved almost $400. Thank you

I wanted to take the time and write a brief review of the excellent service Geek Squad has provided. I had a number of smart TV’s that had to be disconnected and organized for storage with one smart TV to be disconnected and ready to ship to a new living place while my cottage was being remodeled. Wow each and every time I have had outstanding Geek Squad people come and help me. I recently had to have Geek Squad come to reconnect all the Apple electronics and a new printer. Again WOW. Very respectful, knowledgeable and hard workers! Each time they told me my membership in the tec services resulted in savings. A year from now I am going to use Geek Squad to take down the electronics in my apartment and reinstall all the electronics in the rebuilt cottage. I save a lot of time and money using Geek Squad.

The geek squad helped us get our fire sticks that we purchased from Best Buy onto our tv and helped us understand how to work everything.

I needed to take my Sonos Arc Soundbar in for service but I could not get it detached by myself. Great to be able to scheduel the assistance.

They set up my TV and system, and fixed the system. They were fantastic!
