The product itself seems to be working fine so far. My review is regarding the installation itself. However, when the appliance was mounted, it was done too high, making the edge of the door "kiss" the bottom of the granite countertop and sits about a centimeter above the cabinets and drawers it should be aligned with. In addition, my previous dishwasher was hardwired and did not plug into an existing socket. I was told I would need to pay to install the socket that was necessary for the new dishwasher to plug in. I was also told that there was an issue with the waterline that was preventing them from connecting it with confidence due to a less than ideal pipefitting (plastic shark bite on copper pipe). Not sure if it was leaking before they started their installation. I ended up paying an additional $150 to this contracted company in order to get my new dishwasher despite me already paying for delivery and installation to Best Buy. The workers wore normal clothes opposed to wearing a uniform to identify themselves as installers. Obviously, they were who they said they were because they had a Penske truck full of appliances.

Ordered dishwasher while on sale (samsung make) along with several other appliance. Best buy installed, when i went to use the diswasher this fall once remodel was complete i noticed multiple blemishes in the screen, since it was under warranty I called samsung, they refused to fix stating it was cosmetic in nature, i then called best buy as i had their membership and they refused to do anything about it. So i have a high end dishwasher that looks terrible. I just place a sign for all to see that we host in our home pointing to the defect nobody will fix. I even give installation a bad rating because they should have seen this prior to leaving.You might know i had the countertop designed so you can see the screen all the time, had i know it was defective i would have had the countertop go over the screen like most do.

I really do like the new Dishwasher I purchased from Best Buy. The top rack lowers and allows for taller delicate items on top. I also love the stainless steel exterior and matching color on the inside. The motherboard and favorites makes it easy to use the same settings every time I wash the dishes.

The team arrived on time and efficiently installed the dishwasher.

The two young gentlemen who installed our dishwasher were courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. Completely satisfied with the installation process.

The first scheduled install was canceled as the contractor called in sick. The second install that was scheduled was supposed to have the contractors arriving between 1-4 and they didn't arrive until 6:45. They then said they couldn't install it because the install kit (that claims to have everything needed to install this dishwasher) wouldn't have a hose long enough to connect to the water line. I had to buy additional parts and schedule a third appointment. When the contractors arrived for the third install they were at the house for 5 minutes before they said they couldn't do the install due to the piping having copper connection. So they left, and I had to break the connection myself. They returned the same day, started the installation and then told me that they required additional parts. So they had to leave again and get the parts, then return to complete the installation. Toward the end of the install they then said that the electrical line wasn't long enough to wire to the back of the dishwasher, so they left without completing the install because they could not do electrical work. They never worked on leveling the dishwasher, nor with mounting the dishwasher to the counter/cabinet. I am not sure why Best Buy would employ contractors to install a dishwasher that cannot work with copper piping or wiring, when it is a piece of equipment that uses piping and electricity.

Great job installing! They showed up on time and did a great job. Install was quick. They were very nice and delicate with my appliances!

Still waiting… And waiting… As far as dishwasher installations go, I’m not very happy with the installation. The plumbing seems to be OK but I felt that could’ve been more time taken in order for the installation to be done properly. When the installer arrived the first thing was I told him, was to make sure they pre-drill and use the proper screws that go into the side of the face frame. I was afraid of it being cracked… He showed me a screw and mentioned “it’s OK to use this it pre-drill’s…” I said “no that is not a proper screw”... it look like a machine screw or metal screw not a wood screw. He did pre-drill but not with the right size that matches the screw and I watched as he put in the screw in deeper and cracked the face frame of my cabinet and also didn’t use the screws that came with it, didn’t even check the manual for installing. I guess assuming that they knew what he was doing? If I use the dishwasher with the face frame cracked the pressure from opening and closing will make the crack only get bigger. He also told me that the installation kit I bought was of no good for this dishwasher. Why did Best Buy appliance service even sell it to me? There were also two screw holes that were built into the Side of the Bosch Dishwasher that seemed more stable that I would’ve preferred using them instead. But it sounded like he didn’t want to take the time to do it properly and only wanted to do it the easy way. I felt like he was rushing to get out. Didn’t use the proper screws that came with the dishwasher and also look like he didn’t know how to install the toe kick for my Bosch Dishwasher, as he seemed to be having troubles figuring it out. He left the two screws for the toe kick and the plugs that cover the screws sitting on the floor. The tow kick looks awful. I called “At Your Service” installers for Best Buy. The ones who installed the dishwasher… Told me they call me the next day, send someone out to double check the install. Nobody got back to me. They even mentioned leaving a message they’ll contact with an hour or so… Still nothing. The customer service is awful. I’m sure I would’ve left a better review if the people who told me they get back to me to help me fix my particular situation. But they didn’t. Nothing! No call or email. Then when I told Best Buy about my situation they transferred me somebody that said they would help. I was a Best Buy fan, but now slowly not becoming one anymore. The thing was, I was sent to a high-level supervisor for my installation issue. They were supposed to get back to me “in a few days” it’s been over 2 weeks now and I am really really really upset about this. I can’t fix the cabinet, I can’t do anything until they send someone out so I’m waiting and waiting and waiting until they feel it is convenient. Or maybe they just forgot about me totally I don’t know. All I wanted was to make sure my dishwasher was and is Installed properly and to have the problem corrected. Is that so hard to ask from Best Buy or At Your Service? It’s not that hard to send someone out for a few minutes or two to double check on things. But I’ve called, and called and called… I’ve gotten nothing but the runaround! No one ever called me back and now it seems impossible to reach anybody. I can understand quite a bit why some people may go ballistic over situations like this. You can only be patient for so long before it starts to get you frustrated. Customer service should be just that, “customer service” and I’m not getting any. I doubt if Best Buy people would even read this, but if someone does can you please get back to me and solve this issue?? Like you said you would several weeks ago? A very very very very disappointed and unhappy customer!

The installation follow-up by Geek Squad was timely. However, a few days later the little black rubber flap beneath the dishwasher that they tried to anchor up fell down again and just hangs there. It's not Geek Squad's fault. It's just a poor design for the Samsung dishwasher. Twice we've had someone out, and both times within a few days the black rubber flap dropped down again and just hangs there. It looks like a piece of bent black aluminum or plastic. In other words, it looks lousy.

Was not happy with installation company. They did not arrive when they said they were coming. Did keep me informed. Were not polite on phone when I inquired.

Our dishwasher installation was flawless. The crew was efficient and answered all my questions politely and completely. They did a quality job as I watched closely. I am very happy with my installation.

No install occurred. The installer refused and was very disrespectful to me in my home. The installer got upset because I recorded what he was saying and aborted the install. Basically did not care that I would share his behavior. His name was Eric and I don't know the other guy but they started communicating in Spanish and went out of the door and waved as if to mock me for recording. These 3rd party installers should not be sent out without letting the customer know that they are not Best Buy employees. The 1st crew from Pulse Logistics created a leak that wasn't there before they came. These installers from Pulse Logistics were worst than the first pair. A horrible experience.
