Django and Inglourious B's are really incredible movies. I think I.B. might be a little bit better story-wise, but that's just my opinion. Both are great movies, and incredibly fun. There aren't a lot of truly fun-to-watch movies out there. Was definitely a good add to my collection. Wish I'd gotten to see it in theatres. >,< Artwork, great. One of the most striking covers I've seen in recent memory. Reminds me of the older 50s-70s 3-color movie posters. Movie, fun & enjoyable. Special features, kinda disappointing. They're enjoyable, but I'd expected more. Epic movie, mediocre extras. Cast, incredible. Tarantino nevers ceases to amaze me with these ensemble casts he puts together. And he brings back Waltz from I.B. He's just such a fun guy to watch. Can't wait to see what Tarantino comes up with next.

Tarantino is easily one of America's greatest living filmmakers and indeed one of the world's most championed writer/directors. In the second half of his career, he has become even more mature and graceful as an artist and "Django Unchained" (a riff on the legendary classic "Django", by Sergio Corbucci), is another future classic. If there's anyone who is perfect for bringing the neglected, yet beloved, genre back to the foreground, it's QT. Maybe not quite as breath-taking as 2009's "Inglourious", but is a near-perfect follow-up. There is little to be negative about in this film. While Christoph Waltz was the bell of the ball at the Oscars, Samuel L. Jackson and Leonardo DiCaprio are also deliver knock out performances. 9.8/10!

i love tarantino but forced myself to wait for the blu ray to see this. i managed to avoid all spoilers and plot points and went into it blind, and was so happy i did. the story was great and full of twists and turns. the acting was amazing, the violence disturbing, and yet it was also hilarious. my only issue is the packaging. i bought the special edition best buy exclusive set and was very disappointed to find the case it was in was the size of a DVD case, not a blu ray case. i like my collections to be uniform, so this would not work. luckily, i have some movies organized by director and i have both a DVD taraninto collection and blu ray collection. So I simply bought an empty blu ray case, printed a new cover and put that in my blu ray section. and the dvd and its case in with my DVDs. The only issue there is the outside spine is blank, so its actually on my shelf backwards. yes, tiny nitpicky issues, but i know this really bothers some serious collectors. as for recommending to a friend.... movie yes, but i would recommend getting the regular blu ray, not the BB exclusive.

Quentin Tarantino has done it again. He is not for everyone, but if you like his style, you will really enjoy this movie. You do have to get past the liberal use of the "N" word, but if anyone thinks that it was not spoken as often in that way, i think that they are fooling themselves. Music, Cinematography, and the acting are all great, for me. Just remember that this movie is not for everyone, and anyone can be offended depending on how they view the world themselves. Extras are really worth watching for some insight with all players involved.

Great movie that was a more modern take on the spaghetti western. It contained a great cast with authenticity while combining over the top violence and gore with a serious storyline. The movie is nearly 3 hours long which gives plenty of time to develop the characters and story. The music was also very great, not what you would expect from a western but it definitely adds to and improves the overall feel of the movie.

Yes it's violent and bloody, and yes, the "n" word is used liberally throughout the movie, but it's a Tarantino film taking place in pre-Civil War South for pete's sake. What would you expect? All three leading actors were amazing. Fox & Waltz were insanely good. Beautifully shot and a compelling story that I was never quite sure how all would be resolved (other than knowing a bunch a folks were gonna die).

I saw this movile in the theater and loved it. Had to have it for my collection. Love Tarrintino movies. The movie is quite thought provking with the way slaves were treated. I cannot understand how humans could be so cruel to each other. But its typical Tarrintino wilth humor and over-the-top violance. Even wilth the extremes the message is still present. Great acting. Will watch it many times over the years. This is going to be a classic like Pulp Fiction.

This is one of Tarintino's best films to date, though a strong deviation from his formula of heavily dialogue-based story-telling. This film gives you more of an emotional and action oriented film rather than an hour-long dinner conversation. If you have not seen any of Tarantino's films, this is a great entry point. Among his strengths are his ability to cast. Many of his characters i cant imagine being played by anyone else....

To say the movie goes on too long is an understatement -- nearing the 3-hour mark, you've sworn you've already seen 3 endings! But it's a heck of a fun ride throughout, and genres flash fast and furious and change on a whim throughout (spaghetti western, grind-house classic, gore-fest, slapstick comedy, actor's theater, etc.). Like most things Tarantino, its homage and original -- though again, doesn't quite know when to stop! The Blu-Ray/DVD package is packed full of great features and extras, and the transfer is pristine in video and audio.

Django Unchained is another great film from Quentin Tarantino. The blu-ray presentation is top-notch, the picture is very sharp and the colors are very vivid. There aren't too many extra features on the standard blu-ray release. If you want more you will have to get the Best Buy exclusive version. Overall, Tarantino fans and fans of westerns should check out Django Unchained.

And the movie money to go see Quentins new movie was awesome, plan on seeing it this weekend. The image and sound quality of this bluray is fantastic and it comes with a nice amount of special features if you're into that sort of thing. It was nice that it also came with a digital copy of the movie as well. Great movie!

I can't believe it took me so long to get around to seeing this film. Amazing group of actors come together to produce a film, that makes you forget they are all A list celebrities in their sphere of influence. Tino did a fantastic job of touching on a sensitive subject, but balanced it well with humor. Will watch again!

One of the best movies i've seen in a while. Shot, and directed, with love a care that you don't see much nowdays. Everything down to the attention to detail of continuity, character dialogue, even practical effects add up to a enjoyable film from start to finish. No corners were cut making it.

I cannot begin to explain how amazing this movie is. The story and dialogue are the best. The acting by Christoph Waltz, Leonardo Dicaprio, Jamie Foxx, Kerry Washington, and Samuel L. Jackson are all at the top of their game. It is incredibly funny and moments later the most tense film of the year.

Don't miss out on what some say is Quentin's best film. I saw it twice in theaters and will continue to watch it for years to come at home on Blu-Ray and on the go with the digital download. Classic film! Don't miss out...

DJANGO UNCHAINED is a loose update to the classic spaghetti western story of DJANGO. As a Tarantino adaptation, you couldn't ask for more. The dialogue is sharp and the characters are intriguing. Highly recommended.

Whatever your opinion of Tarantino, you have to admit he is a great film maker. He crafts an exciting story that has a lot to say while being a lot of fun. The movie does drag a little towards the end, but otherwise an excellent entry.

Django was really the movie of the year in my opinion. It had everything you could ask, from comedy, to action, to drama. Great plot, great acting! And the Blu-Ray extras are nice as well.

This has to be one of the best movies in a long time. Has the classic Quentin Tarantino's signature touch in this movie. So creative and action packed while having some of the hilarity here and there. Highly Recommended.

A must have if you are a Tarantino fan, or not! Regardless, this movie is freaking amazing, lots of action and drama, justice, and visual images! Love the scene of the cotton crop that gets blood all over!!
