This device isn't as functional as I would have hoped. It does NOT lock on a person or object, it only locks on a direction. So it works very well when moving forward and backwards, but fails miserably with lateral movement.

My husband wanted this camcorder for videoing live remote activity. We have found it to be great for videoing a subject while they are moving! We love the feature that keeps the camera focused on the subject even though the subject is moving OR when the subject is stationary and you are moving!

Needs extra lighting indoors and a microphone. Other than the two flaws it is a great camera and offers great video options

I purchased this camera, after setting it up and starting to record, I found several flaws. This needs an external microphone, also the audio and video can unsync from each other making it very frustrating to edit. The camera takes about 20 seconds to come out of sleep mode and reconnect to the phone. I waited too long to return this camera, so now I'm stuck with a video camera that I cannot reliably use due to the issues it has.

I've used this a couple time since my purchase and I must say it's great. The picture quality is great I don't like that it doesn't have a zoom feature or at least I don't know how to do it yet. But it's great so far

I felt the camera is great for travelers packing light and looking to capture their trip.

So with any new product its still at its infancy. Only time will tell when DJI releases the true champ of this product.

Great stable gimble. Timelapse is an awesome function, definitely get the filter sets from polar pro!

Is real good product costumer service is bad. Is the only bestbuy near at my home is why I still come but if I get diferent store I wood not come back. Service is realll bad.

Camera had problem. Best Buy gave me a full refund. I think I liked it enough to try another.

This thing is great. I had the GoPro karma and this is way better. If you want to record audio you will need a external mic but that is the only thing that isn't good.

Everything about this is great, except the microphone. The voice is so muffled and soft you can barely hear it. You have to be right next to the camera for it to pick up the voice. Not sure why DJI make it like this, this isn't even a waterproof camera and yet it sounds more muffled than a GoPro water proof camera.
