On board sound is horrible, stabilization is fair with no wide angle. Better off with something else with this price tag

This is a great toy for a kid but lacks the professional grade that some might expect...

I was disappointed with this product. The video was very choppy and I couldn't use any of it in my projects. In the middle of playback the video would just jump, distort, and jitter. I was better off with just the mobile version using my mobile phone. This is definitely going to be returned.

So let me just start I'm kind of biased because of how much I love DJI products. So I have a high expectation of standards from them. When I first bought this I thought it's DJI there's no better one on the market. But then when I started using it I quickly realized it lacks in a lot of places. There's nothing to shelter from the elements it feels plasticky like it's going to break if you squeeze it to hard in your hand. Although the overall idea concept is awesome and I have seen it work in other units. The motor sound is way too loud for the onboard microphone. You hear buzzing in the background of all video clips. The "shakes" are still visible and in the end the video quality was simply not there. Took it back a few days later for the A GoPro.

I'm Professional Videographer, II love the gimbal, it's really confortable, the videos looks amazing, you can connect your android or IOS and Done!. I use the Camera from My DJI ins[pire Pro, is compatible, a lot of features on it, and I connect My Rhode Mic on it. High Recommended

When I first open the box and opened the carrying case, I noticed at the base connection of the handle (where the gimbal attaches) was cocked up on one side. I tried to take an allen wrench to tighten down the screws, but the screws kept spinning. I noticed some small plastic pieces in the carrying case, removed the base connector, and saw the 2 screw holes were damaged. Will be returning.

This item has a very loud fan and that was a major problem for me. and it also got very hot. so I returned it.

Took it back after a week. The camera wouldn't focus and the fan on the back of the camera makes it not easy to use unless you are out side.

I felt like it would be a cool tool for me to take photos for work but I just couldn't figure it out.

The camera is made by Sony and it's the same 4K camera as the inspire drone. It is smooth and extremely stable. The phone holder is the best quality I have seen. It has a nice feel. The only con I see is the microphone is utterly useless. It picks up the gimbal fan noise. I have already ordered an external mic if I need sound. Usually I don't as I mostly use this in conjunction with my drones. You will love this camera it's way better than my GoPro 4 Black. As a disclaimer I do not work for DJI or Best Buy. Enjoy.

Horrible buzzing sound from microphone makes the audio absolutely unusable. The video isn't bad, very similar to the DJI Phantom 3 Pro that I own. I expected a lot from this device after having watched many promotional videos. I gave in to the hype, and honestly, after 2 weeks I'm ready to send it back. I just dont feel that this is the best way to spend $649. $349 and i'd pick it up again. But for $649. DJI can keep it. Maybe if they include a decent microphone, or move the microphone location away from the fans... Bottom line. Don't buy this if you want decent sound quality.

I love how the picture quality and video quality shows on my OSMO. And it's a very easy setup too. I would recommend this if your into making videos and pictures come alive.

Footage is very smooth but battery is average tho.

Every feature i love about this camera but my phones camera is way higher quality in low light situations and does a better job when recording in 60FPS. I wish it had a better camera however it does not. The actual camera sensor is too small for low light and for fast movement i can see a lot of motion blur when i move around a bit too fast. I would Highly suggest this to anyone who does not have a great phone for video however if you do have like an s7, lg g5 or Iphone7 get the Mobil version of this Gimbal. You wont regret it at all.
