I was introduced to home networking about 8 years ago and have never looked back. My files are archived in my primary computer in my home office. It is simply great to be able to access my main computer from any of the 3 others I have (including from my outdoor patio) and work on documents and pictures from the place of my choosing. When I am ready to print, I print from wherever I am located. No more being tied to a certain room in the house, or a certain chair. I often work from the swing on my porch. I wouldn't hesitate to spend the money to have my computers networked if or when I add a piece of equipment. A smart-phone can even be networked.

The two men who came to my home to do my installation were very knowledgeable. Their demeanor was very professional. In addition, both were personable and nice to work with. They answered all my questions and did an excellent job for me, of installing my new printer, and also being sure that my three devices coordinated with each other.

The Geek who came to my home was polite and professional. He explained what he was doing clearly and zipped through tasks that would have frustrated me for hours. He answered questions beyond the scope of his service and left me feeling confident to use the modem, printer, and time machine that I had purchased.

We set up our home network with the geek squad from Best Buy. That was many years ago. From time to time, things get old and need to be updated. This service did the trick for us. The 2 guys who came out were very knowledgeable and they got us back up and running.

The GEEK squad agent did an excellent job putting together the network we needed. He was efficient, pleasant, and knowledgeable. I appreciated the extra attention he put into setting things up to suit our space and our equipment. Thanks so much!!!

The Geek Squad has always been so helpful and have solved all my problems and answered all my questions. They have also helped with product selections. They are very professional and I know I can trust them.

I was having problem with connecting to Wi-Fi on my Smart TV. We were able to make corrections to the settings and I am now able to read email, run movies, etc.

I was disappointed that I needed to pay extra for this service in order for the wireless to work correctly.
