I wanted my computer to work wirelessly. I could have just connected the cord to the internet myself if I wanted it hardwired! They also did not get the sound on the t.v. to work automatically through the speakers, we have to get up and change the settings on the stereo each time we want the sound to come out the speakers. Also, I did not need a tutorial from one of the geek squad members, he said things over and over again like I didn't understand it the first time! I am saying I would recommend the Geek Squad because who wants to do these things themselves? And, I have had good service in the past from them.

This employee knows what he's doing and is very polite. He was able to connect all the items I wanted and I am very happy with the results. I could not have done it without him!
